What is the name of this gum and where can I download the video of this commercial?

About 2 weeks ago I saw this gum commercial on either Viva Polska or
4fun TV (I don't remember exactly which one) in which the guy puts the
gum in his mouth and when he starts chewing it the camera lens kinda
freezes and also when he gets on the bus, the bus windows freeze too!
